Hello, I’m Anna-Mari Frolov and here is my story.

The Journey That Brought Me Here

There was a time when I had everything I thought I wanted.

A business I had built from scratch. A mission I believed in. Results I could point to. By every external measure, I was succeeding.

And yet something was quietly draining away.

I kept performing. I kept pushing. I kept showing up as the version of myself that the business needed — capable, consistent, driven. But underneath that performance, I was losing the thread back to myself. My values, my body, my own sense of what was true. I was functioning. But I wasn't alive.

That's what burnout looked like for me. Not a dramatic collapse, but a slow and almost invisible disconnection from my work, from my relationships, from myself.

What I didn't know then is that I wasn't broken. I was simply living from survival patterns I had never been taught to recognise. Patterns that had once protected me but were now running the show. And no strategy, no course, no productivity system was going to fix that because the problem wasn't my output. It was my relationship with myself.

So I sold my share of the business and started my recovery process. The way back was slow, humbling, and non-linear. And it asked something of me I hadn't expected: to stop managing myself and start listening to myself. To bring my body back into the conversation. To discover that safety, not discipline, is the real foundation of sustainable growth.

Then I became a mother.

And something cracked open that I hadn't expected. Motherhood gave me the deepest sense of meaning and fulfilment I had ever known. I started to understand that becoming a better version of myself had never really been the goal. Maturity was. It meant taking full responsibility for myself, but slowly, one area, one pattern, and one story at a time.

This journey from burnout back to aliveness has been a total identity shift. It has been my journey from maiden to mother, and beyond. It has changed everything: not just how I work, but how I lead, how I relate, how I make decisions. This process of conscious integration and becoming has been the foundation for everything I now do. Not a chapter that closed, but a setup for the decades ahead. And it gave me something I want to offer you.

Not a blueprint. Not a method. Not someone else's version of success.

Keys.

Keys to find your own way back to yourself, and from there, to build something that is genuinely, sustainably yours.

I work with women leaders and entrepreneurs who are beginning to feel the cost of performing, of pushing, of living from their heads while their bodies and instincts wait quietly to be heard. Women who sense that something needs to change but aren't yet sure what, or how.

I don't believe I have anything entirely new to teach you. I believe you already carry more wisdom than you've been given permission to access. My work is to guide you back to your inner truth - to remember it, trust it, and build from it.

Because here's what I know: when you stop forcing and start listening, to your body, your cycles, your deeper knowing, something shifts. Not overnight. Not in a 30-day challenge. But slowly, in the way real transformation always moves. You start to recognise yourself again. And from that place, everything becomes possible.

This is the work I am devoted to do

I want to leave this world a better place for girls and women. I want my daughters to step into their work lives where they don't need to smile politely when they would like to run (or scream). I want them to live their lives without needing to be smaller, without the feeling of being too much, without believing they need to control themselves to be acceptable, or allowing others to control them.

I don't know if the world will be ready in twenty years. But I will spend my life doing everything I can to be part of that transformation.

This work starts within me and in you.

If any part of this is resonating, I would love to hear from you.

Who am I as a Mentor?

I'm endlessly optimistic — but with my feet on the ground. I will never shoot down your dreams, visions, or plans and I will endlessly encourage you to go for them. But I'll also always tell you the truth about what they'll actually take. That's respect for what you're building.

I bring a decade of business knowledge — I'm a generalist, so I can hold the big picture of your vision alongside the details: strategy, financial planning, marketing, sales. I won't hand you a playbook. I'll help you build one that actually fits your vision and your life.

Alongside that, I bring a deep understanding of the female nervous system and cycle — not just regulation and cycle syncing, but real accountability to your body as part of how you build. Together, we grow your capacity to hold the things you want most.

What matters most to me isn't how things look from the outside. It's your alignment and your wellbeing — because that's what makes success actually last.

The most powerful transformation happens not when we become someone new, but when we finally allow ourselves to be who we've always been.
